I am a millennial, certified nutritionist & mum of a little boy, currently embracing all the little joys & challenges of life.

My passion for nutrition is matched only by my love for food. I have always been fascinated with how our food choices have been heavily influenced by our peers, culture, & core values. For me, it is not just about the numbers & macros - its about nourishing the whole person. Over the past 12+ years, I have had the privilege to help a number of clients regain their individual health goals through a comprehensive level of care and expertise.
​I am currently on a mission to help others find balance, consistency, & self love in their health journey. But I am no stranger to the ups & downs myself! I have experienced my fair share of struggles, including a difficult pregnancy & stubborn weight that just will not budge! But through it all, I have learned the true importance of lifestyle, exercise, self care and a positive mindset. I know firsthand that consistency is key, but balance is what makes it sustainable.
When I am not helping clients or chasing after my little ‘dragon', you can find me exploring new restaurants, geeking out on latest scientific research or binge watching TV shows. I love to travel and experience new cultures, foods & music with my loved ones.
